Saffron Improves Depression and Headaches

caused by head injury and brain trauma. This anti-spasmodic effect

about using Saffron if you are taking blood thinners, drinking large
quantities of green tea, or taking fish oil supplements. This is not

Saffron
can help treat headaches and depression that arise from insufficient
